Cancellation and Refund Policy

You have the right to request an exchange or refund within 14 (FOURTEEN) business days after the delivery is received on the orders you place on our website.

When you request a refund, you can specify your request on the product return tab in the information section of oneripazarlama.com.tr and send it with your invoice as counter-paid.

Shipments with counter payment are accepted through Aras and Yurtiçi Kargo. When delivering your return to the courier company, you must specify our current title as recommendation Ltd. Şti.

Returns of products with opened packages/boxes and products that have been tried and damaged cannot be accepted in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement.
